- Please ensure that customers check their purchased products in the presence of our sellers while buying from our shops. If any issues arise later, the customer will not be eligible for product replacements but will receive services according to the product's description and warranty.
- If any manufacturing defects or issues are noticed after receiving the ordered product while ordering online, the customer must report them within 24 hours via our hotline service.
- If a customer receives a product with manufacturing defects, they must visit our shop. Our specialists will inspect the product and take the necessary steps to replace it if needed.
- Customers who purchase products from our website after reviewing the product description and information and receive it without any issues will not be permitted to return or exchange the product if it is not compatible with their setup or if they no longer want it.
- Software or software licenses are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been purchased.
- Products may be returned and refunded within 3 to 10 working days, provided there are specific reasons for the return. The process may take longer in the case of online purchases.
- Charges for refunds are applicable to all types of Mobile Financial Services, online gateway, and POS payments.
- We kindly request customers not to accept broken or packet-damaged products from the courier service. If the customer receives a courier-damaged product, they will be responsible for any liability and any complaints will not be accepted.
- The refund will be provided using the same payment channel using which the customer has paid.
- The cashback amount received by the customer during the payment process may be subtracted from the refund amount during the refund process.
